Can I place a custom order?
Of course! Customization is what we are all about. Please refer to the "Contact Us" portion of the home page to discuss your custom idea. You may also email ekgcreations504@gmail.com. We can't wait to hear from you!
What is the turn around time of a custom order?
This is a tough question to answer. It really depends on what you would like to order. Simple laser cuts may be available the same day! More detailed designs such as picture laser engravings or painted items may require a few days. Need something in a hurry? Just shoot us a message and we'll let you know when we can have your order complete!
What is the return policy?
We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to love your products as much as we do. Keep in mind that we offer customization. These items may be remade to your liking however once purchased they are not refundable. Jewelry may be returned with 14 days of purchase for a store credit only. If jewelry damage occurs we will replace pieces free of charge upon return of damaged merchandise.
Shipping Rates.
Our shipping is a flat 5 dollar fee. However, FREE SHIPPING is always available with purchases of $50.00 or more!
